Shipping policy
At Nocturne, we carefully package all orders in recycled or biodegradable shipping bags or sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure your items arrive safely and sustainably. All orders go out with a tracking number.
Shipping Method
We ship exclusively with PostNL for reliable delivery at an affordable rate.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination. The full shipping amount will be displayed at checkout. You can view an estimated shipping cost on the cart page.
Free Shipping
We currently only offer free shipping for orders within the Netherlands of €100,- and up. Once you reach the checkout on the website, you will be given the option to select this shipping method, which is tracked, and uninsured.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. However, certain regions are excluded due to postal service restrictions.
Processing Time
Orders are typically shipped within 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday) of receiving them.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, the approximate delivery times are as follows:
- Netherlands: 2 - 5 working days
- Europe: 1 - 2 weeks
- North America: 3 - 8 weeks
- Asia & Australia: 3 - 8 weeks
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as postal delays, seasonal variations, and unforeseen events.
Combining Orders
In rare cases, we may be able to combine shipping for multiple orders. Please contact us if you need to combine orders before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, combining is no longer possible.
Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking code in the confirmation email with a link to monitor your shipment. For U.S. orders, PostNL transfers packages to USPS upon arrival, and they can be tracked on the USPS website.
Lost Orders & Insurance
If your order is shipped with insurance, it will be eligible for a refund or replacement if it is lost in transit. Please contact us after 6 weeks if your parcel hasn’t arrived, as we cannot initiate a missing parcel investigation before that time.
For uninsured shipments, please note that missing items will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
